For all medical requests, we are excited to offer you a convenient way to communicate with us online using our new SECURE patient health information portal. This service is provided via a HIPAA compliant, encrypted, password protected program which prevents unauthorized access to your data.

Patient Portal benefits are now available. It is directly linked with your electronic medical record and gives you the ability to:

• Email your physician and receive emails about your lab results
• Contact our billing department & office staff with general questions & concerns
• View, track and print your laboratory results online when they are available and after they have been viewed by your physician
• View your medication list and request prescription refills
• Update your personal demographic information
• Request referrals
• The Practice Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Messages will be reviewed during business hours and replies to email messages will typically take at least one business day.

Access to our secure, HIPPA-compliant Patient Portal has a one time registration fee of $50. Kindly contact our office or email us with the form here if you'd like to sign up.
